What separates Casey Drums from other custom drum companies?
- Casey Drums is committed to creating high quality products but we would not be here if we only made great drums. What sets us apart is our customer service. We realize you can get drums other places- so we strive to make your drum experience exciting and unique. That is our promise to you.

How do I talk to you about what I want?
- We love talking to drummers and hearing ideas. To find out how much your kit will cost you can check out our “request a quote” page or the “contact Jason Kliewer” page for email service. Since we are a small company and want to keep our drums affordable we keep our overhead as low as possible. This means we don’t have someone sitting in the office answering phones. Having said that we are excited to talk to you and we respond to emails very quickly after the work day is over and will give out the company phone number to serious customers once email contact is established.

I wrote you an email but never got a response. What should I do?
- We answer every email, Facebook, Twitter and voicemail message promptly. We strive to take care of our customers with first rate service and care. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours please try again and ensure that your contact information is correct. Also despite our best efforts, due to the high volume of emails we receive, some can accidentally end up in the spam box. Please note that we do not work on weekends as we love to pursue our hobbies such as drumming (obviously!), snowboarding, photography and hanging out with friends and family. If you have contacted us on a Thursday or Friday please be patient and allow for us to respond early next week.

Do you have any dealers?
- We are always looking for reputable, passionate dealers who care and give quality service to their customers. Currently we have local music outlets that sell our drums but we sell the majority of our drums directly to the customer. One of the things we love about being a small company is that we are able to give the proper attention YOU deserve! Can I get a price quote?
- Yes! Please fill out the “request a quote” link under the “contact” page and send it to us! Jason will work it all out and get back to you within 48hrs.

How do I place an order?
- You can place an order by going to the contact page and clicking on “request a quote”. Once Jason has given you a quote and everything looks good, you send 50% of the payment one of the following ways:
- Send money via PayPal to : jason@caseydrums.com
- Send a money order or bank check (Sorry, no personal checks) made out to Casey Drums.
- The remainder of the payment plus S&H is due before delivery.

How much is shipping and handling?
- S&H is added onto the final payment. It will vary depending on the weight and destination. Shipping in Canada and USA is usually 5-7 business days. Fully insured ground shipping runs around $299 for a 3-4pc kit (Depending on sizes) and $45 for snares. Shipping overseas, depending on the weight and destination of the package, is highly variable so please email us with your address for a more accurate shipping estimate.
**Shipping does not include duties, taxes, import deliver fees or any other fees associated with shipping domestic or international**

What is your turnaround time?
- Unlike a lot companies we don’t have 6-7 month turnaround. Although we are a small company, we stock enough materials and work efficiently to produce kits in a very timely manner. Currently our turnaround time is 2-4 months.

I am interested in seeing your shop, can I come check it out?
- Sorry, we have a closed door policy and only allow customers picking up an order or local artists to come visit.

Do you have a return policy?
- We do our best to spend time with and educate you before we begin the build. Once a deposit has been received it is non-refundable and we do not accept any returns.

Can I change my mind on my drums after I order?
- We DO accept certain changes on drums after your order is placed. Keep in mind that you cannot change aspects that have already been completed and changes will result in a price adjustment.
